What do I need to access the Savage Squad videos? You will need an internet connection, device such as a tablet, phone, laptop or computer and a Facebook account to access our videos
Can I cancel? You sure can. To cancel all you need to do is provide a thirty (30) day written notification prior to your next billing cycle.
What type of videos does Savage Squad offer? Currently we offer our signature cardio Kickbox, weight training, HIIT/Tabata and Bootcamp workouts. New videos are always being added and we are currently working on adding videos with different angles and views. I want you to feel like you’re a part of the classes I hold at my studio in Oak Park, IL. And coming soon... LIVE classes! Come join us for our Sunday morning LIVE Kickbox class & so many more. I'll also soon record one-on-one videos. Yep it'll just be you and me...you ready for that? ;)
What does my membership entail? Not only do you get access to our Workout videos but you become a member of an online community of people just like you. What level of fitness do I need to be at to participate in Savage Squad? We accommodate all levels of fitness in each and every class. Whether you’ve never exercised a day in your life or you consider yourself a fitness enthusiast, these workouts will challenge you and be appropriate based on the modifications and progressions provided. However, I strongly recommend that you consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program. You should be in good physical condition.
